General information
Artwork:

  • Format: Vector artwork is required. Vector files are typically EPS files.  All images must be converted to outlines (curves). PMS number is required for production. Text on embroidery should be no smaller than ¼” high.
  • Submission: e-mail art@ecozuri.com with order number and product name at the subject line
  • Art touch up: $30.00 minimal charge
Sample and proofs:

  • Sample costs, including additional running charges, freight costs and set up costs, will be charged for counter samples or prototypes of new design
  • Clients opting for paper proofs need to provide written (email acceptable) consent
Minimal order quantity:

  •  2,500 pcs per design
Ordering

  • All orders must be received in writing, either via fax or e-mail. Purchase orders or signed contracts may be e-mailed to wholesale@ecozuri.com. For accurate service, please include the following on the purchase order
  • Bag style, color and quantity
  • Artwork location, color and code
  • Your requested ship date and address
  • A printable layout specifying how your artworks should appear on the bag
  • All orders are confirmed upon acknowledgment from Ecozuri as received, reviewed and confirmed
  • Any changes made to an order after receipt must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges
Lead time:

  • Normal orders:  30 to 60 days
  • Rush orders:   15 to 30 days  (higher shipping fees may apply)
Cancellation:

  • Orders cannot be canceled without confirmation from Ecozuri, Inc.
  • Clients will be liable for charges occurred prior to any cancellation
Payment terms

  • We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and company check. Initial orders, custom orders, and large orders will require a deposit or pre-payment. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late fee of 2% per month.
